“Do not add Shipping Charge to SO” checkbox on the Customer edit form

Customer edit form:

• “Do not add Shipping Charge to SO” checkbox:
  • was added to the “Carrier Info” tab ->at the bottom of the “LTL Payment Setting” block;
  • isn’t checked by default;
  • if the checkbox is checked:
    • on the Sale Order for Customer with checked checkbox -> isn’t added Shipping Charge after generating label.
