“Include “Proforma” Invoices” checkbox on the “Send Email” panel for Customer Statements

Customer List form -> “Statements” button -> “Send Email” panel:

• “Include “Proforma” Invoices” checkbox:
  • was added next to the “Show only Open Transactions” checkbox -> at the bottom of the filter panel;
  • isn’t checked by default;
  • if the checkbox is checked -> In the Statements PDF are displayed Invoices in the status “Proforma”.
