Movements: Replenishment

Store -> Location:

• “Core Location” checkbox:
  •  isn’t checked by default;
  • only one location for the store could be checked;
  • if the checkbox is checked -> such a location is used in Movement Replenishment.

Item Edit -> Inventory / Assembly items:

• “Replenishment Qty” textbox:
  • only numbers are allowed;
  • is a decimal field;
  • was added to the:
    • Item edit -> General Tab -> under “Safety Stock”;
    • Item Edit -> Stores tab;
  • Rule:
    • replenishment qty will be used on the Store -> location Movements -> Replenishment tab;
    • by default is used qty from Item Edit -> Stores tab for the current store;
    • if on Item Edit -> Stores -> Replenishment qty is empty -> is used -> Item edit -> General Tab.

Store -> Location Movements:

• “Replenishment” tab:
  • display between Movement and History tabs;
  • if the permission is switched on -> the tab is displayed;
  • contains:
    • Filters panel:
      • filters are the same as on the “Movement” tab:
        • “Date Range” datepicker;
        • “Source #” textbox;
        • “Item Name” drop-down;
        • “Store” drop-down;
        • “Location” drop-down;
        • “Show Available” checkbox;
        • “Has Location To” checkbox;
        • “Empty Location To” checkbox;
    • “Auto suggest” button:
      • if the permission  is switched on -> the button is displayed;
      • after clicking on the button -> items are added to the Datagrid if:
        • item was received on “Location From” = “Core location” (Core Location Qty > 0 ) and qty in “Location To” <  “Replenishment Qty” on item:
          • “Location To” is filled automatically:
            • “Location To” = Location where qty < “Replenishment Qty” on item;
          • the “New Qty” value is empty;
          • “Qty”:
            • is displayed based on the “Show available Only” company setting:
              • if the checkbox is checked -> in the column is displayed Available Qty;
              • if the checkbox is not checked ->  in the column is displayed In stock qty;
    • Datagrid:
      • is empty by default;
      • data is grouped by item / store / From location;
      • “CRTL + I” shortcut:
        • was added to the row;
        • if row is selected -> once user click on the shortcut -> the Item edit form of selected item is opened;
      • Columns:
        • Source #:
          • is displayed order number which put items to store:
            • Item Receipt;
            • Bill;
            • Inv Adj;
            • Customer Credit;
            • Invoice;
          • number is clickable;
          • if to the item linked many orders -> is displayed label “N Orders”;
        • Date:
          • is displayed the date from order;
          • is readonly;
          • if to the item linked many orders -> is displayed the oldest one;
        • Item Name;
        • Item Description;
        • Qty:
          • if item was added with switched off  “Show Available” checkbox:
            • is displayed sum (qty) in stock  from linked to item orders which were received to current “store” and “From location”;
          • if item was added with switched on  “Show Available” checkbox:
            • is displayed sum (qty) available in stock(not include allocated qty)  from linked to item orders which were received to current “store” and “From location”;
            • next to the value is displayed icon -> after pointing on the icon the tooltip is displayed “Available qty”;
        • New Qty:
          • is editable;
          • is required if checkbox is checked;
          • if user fills qty -> the checkbox is checked automatically;
          • only numbers are allowed;
          • is a decimal field;
          • user isn’t able to enter more then “Qty”;
          • if user enters more than qty -> the validation is displayed: “Max Qty is N”;
          • is displayed in Base UOM;
        • From location:
          • is readonly;
          • is displayed the store “Core Location”;
        • To location:
          • is editable;
          • is required;
          • contains list of locations;
          • by default is selected Location where qty < “Replenishment Qty” on item;
        • Store:
          • is readonly;
          • is displayed the item store;
  • “Add Items” button:
    • after clicking on the button -> the “Add item” panel is opened;
  • “Move” button:
    • if no one item is checked -> the button is disabled;
    • after clicking on the button:
      • the Datagrid is refreshed;
      • the qty of the checked items is moved from “From location” to “To location”;
      • the batch number is generated for items that were moved;
      • the log is added to the “History” tab with the type “Replenish”;
      • the receive location in Source order is automatically changed to “To location”;
• “Add items” panel:
  • is the same as on the “Movement tab”;
  • except:
    • “Auto suggest” checkbox -> is hidden;
    • “Has preset location” checkbox -> the logic is changed;
      • isn’t checked by default;
      • if checkbox is checked:
        • to the datagrid will be added items which were received on “Location From” = “Core location” (Core Location Qty > 0 ) and qty in “Location To” <  “Replenishment Qty” on item:
          • “Location To” is filled automatically:
            • “Location To” = Location where qty < “Replenishment Qty” on item;
• “History” tab:
  • “Type” column:
    • was added;
    • displayed from where has been created log;
    • contains two types:
      • Replenish:
        • is displayed if log was created from repelenishment tab;
      • Movement:
        • is displayed if log was created from movement tab.

OMS Web ->Settings -> Permissions:

• was added new permission to Inventory -> Item:
  • “Display Replenishment on Movement form” checkbox:
    • isn’t chevked by default;
    • if the checkbox is checked:
      •  the “Replenishment” tab is displayed on datagrid;
      • “Replenishment” qty is displayed on item edit;
    •  if the checkbox isn’t checked:
      • the “Replenishment” tab isn’t displayed on datagrid;
      • “Replenishment” qty isn’t displayed on item edit.
