Purchase Order tweaks

OMS Web -> Settings tab -> Permissions List:

• “Can View other Users on Purchase Order”  checkbox:
  • was added to the “Vendor” -> Purchase Order block;
  • isn’t checked by default;
  • if the checkbox is checked:
    • On the purchase Order Requests/ Orders List form:
      • The “Сreated by” dropdown isn’t disabled to edit;
      • if the “Prefill User Name” preset is switched on -> by default is selected logged user;
  • if the checkbox isn’t checked:
    • On the purchase Order Requests/ Orders List form:
      • The “Created by” dropdown is disabled to edit;
      •  if the “Prefill User Name” preset is switched on -> is selected logged user;
  • this logic also was added for the Purchase Order edit form -> Purchase Order Requests panel.

OMS Web -> Settings tab -> Preset List:

• “Prefill User Name” checkbox:
  • is checked by default;
  • if the checkbox is checked:
    • the user is prefilled -> in the “Created by” drop-down on the Purchase list.

Purchase Order Requests List form:

• Datagrid:
  • “Created by” column:
    • was added next to the “Customer” column;
    • in the column is displayed the user that created the Purchase Order Request;
• Filters panel -> were added next filters:
  • View All checkbox -> was deleted:
    • instead of this -> was added -> “Created by” dropdown with the logged user, prefilled by default:
      • if the user has checked the “Can View other Users on Purchase Order Requests” checkbox -> the user has the ability to change user;
      • if the “Prefill User Name” preset is checked -> logged in user is selected by default;
  • “Description” textbox:
    • was added next to the “Item Name” dropdown;
  • “MPN #” textbox:
    • was added next to the “Description” dropdown;
  • “Item Class” drop-down:
    • was added next to the “Request #” textbox;
    • contains the List of Item Classes in the system;
  • “Department” drop-down:
    • was added next to the “Category” dropdown;
    • contains the List of Departments in the system;
  • “Created by” drop-down:
    • was added next to the “Assigned Vendor” textbox;
    • contains the List of Users in the system.

Purchase Order edit form -> Purchase Order Request panel:

• Filter bar:
  • View All checkbox -> was deleted:
    • instead of it was added -> “Created by” dropdown:
      • if for the user has checked the “Can View other Users on Purchase Order Requests” checkbox -> the user  has the ability to change user or select “Empty” variation;
      • if the “Prefill User Name” preset is checked -> logged in user is selected by default;
• Datagrid:
  • “Created by” column:
    • was added next to the “Vendor” column;
    • in the column is displayed the user who created the Purchase Order Request.
