Movements

Stores -> Locations:

• “Display on Movement” checkbox:
  • was added;
  • isn’t checked by default;
  • if the checkbox is checked for such a location -> the location is performed suggestion on the “Location Movements” form.

Menu -> Transfers:

• “Location Movements” option:
  • the new option was added to the top menu;
  • after clicking on the option -> the appropriate form is opened;
• “Location Movements” form:
  • Filters:
    • Date Range;
    • “Source #” textbox;
    • “Item Name” textbox;
    • “Store” dropdown List;
    • “Location” dropdown List;
    • “Show Available” checkbox:
      • isn’t checked by default;
      • if the checkbox is checked -> in the Datagrid are displayed only items which qty displays as Available;
    • “Has Location To” checkbox:
      • isn’t checked by default;
      • if the checkbox is checked -> in the Datagrid are displayed items with filled Location To;
    • “Empty Location To” checkbox:
      • isn’t checked by default;
      • if the checkbox is checked -> in the Datagrid are displayed items with empty Location To;

  • “Movement tab”:
    • “Datagrid”:
      • data is grouped by item/store / From location;
      • by default Datagrid is empty and the “Auto Suggest” button is displayed in the center;
      • “Auto Suggest” button:
        • the button is displayed above the Datagrid -> on the right side;
        • is displayed if permission  is switched on;
        • after clicking on the button -> items are added to the Datagrid if:
          • item was received on “Location From” = “Display on Movement” location:
            • “New Qty” and “Location To” is filled automatically:
              • “Location To” = “Movement location” from Item edit:
                • if was not filled -> field is empty;
              • “New Qty = Qty”;
            • Qty:
              • is displayed based on the “Show available Only” company setting:
                • if the checkbox is checked -> in the column is displayed Available Qty;
                • if the checkbox is not checked –> in the column is displayed In stock qty;
      • “CRTL + I” shortcut:
        • the shortcut is added to the row;
        • if the row is selected -> once the user clicks on the shortcut -> the Item edit form of the selected item is opened;
      • Columns:
        • Checkboxes;

          • is displayed order number which put items to store:
            • Item Receipt;
            • Bill;
            • Inv Adj;
            • Customer Credit;
            • Invoice;
          • the number is clickable;
          • if to the item are linked many orders -> is displayed the  label “N Orders”;
        • Date:
          • date from order;
          • is read-only;
          • if to the item are linked many orders -> is displayed the oldest one;
        • Item Name:
          • is taken from the item;
          • is read-only;
        • Item Description:
          • is taken from the item;
          • is read-only;
        • Qty:
          • if the item was added with switched off  “Show Available” checkbox:
            • is displayed sum (qty) in stock  from linked to item orders which were received to the current “store” and “From location”;
          • if the item was added with switched on  “Show Available” checkbox:
            • is displayed sum (qty) available in the stock(not including allocated qty)  from linked to item orders which were received to the current “store” and “From location”;
            • next to the value is displayed icon -> after pointing to the icon the tooltip is displayed “Available qty”;
        • Qty Per Carton;
        • Cartons;
        • New Qty:
          • is editable;
          • required if the checkbox is checked;
          • if a user fills qty -> the checkbox is checked automatically;
          • only numbers are allowed;
          • user isn’t able to enter more than “Qty”;
          • if the user enters more than qty -> the validation is displayed: “Max Qty is N”;
          • displayed in Base UOM;
        • Qty Per Carton;
        • Cartons;
        • From Location:
          • is read-only;
          • is displayed the item from a location;
        • To location:
          • is editable;
          • is required if the checkbox is checked;
          • contains the list of Locations in the current store except “From location”;
        • Store:
          • is read-only;
          • is displayed the item store;
  • “Move” button:
    • is disabled if no one item is checked;
    • after clicking on the button:
      • the Datagrid is refreshed;
      • the qty of the checked items is moved from “From location” to “To location”;
      • the batch number is generated for items that were moved;
      • the log is added to the “History” tab;
      • the receive location in Source order is automatically changed on “To location”:
        • the new transaction will not be created after moving (just change location in the particular transaction);
  • “Add Item” button:
    • after clicking on the button -> the “Add item” panel is opened;
  • “Add item” panel:
    • Date Range (search by source date which includes into the selected range);
    • “Source #” textbox;
    • “Item Name” textbox;

    • “Has Preset Location” checkbox:
      • isn’t checked by default;
      • if the checkbox is checked:
        • to the Datagrid will be added items which were received on “Location From” = “Display on Movement” and Movement Location was added to the item edit form;
    • “Show Available only” checkbox:
      • checked by default if the Company setting is checked;
      • if the checkbox is checked:
        • to the Datagrid will be added only items which Available qty > 0;
        • in the Qty column are displayed Available qty for such items (not stock qty);
    • “Cancel” button:
      • after clicking on the button:
        • the panel is closed;
        • nothing is added to the Datagrid;
    • “Add Items” button:
      • after clicking on the button:
        • the panel is closed;
        • items are added to the Datagrid according to the filled fields;
• “History” Tab:
  • “Filter” panel:

OMS Web ->Settings -> Permissions:

• was added a new permission to Inventory -> Item:
  • “Display Auto Suggest Setting on Movement Form” checkbox:
    • isn’t checked by default;
    • if the checkbox is checked -> “Auto Suggest” button and checkbox are displayed on Datagrid and the “Add item” panel;
    •  if the checkbox is not checked -> “Auto Suggest” button and checkbox are hidden from the Datagrid and the “Add item” panel.
