Item Description on the Sale Order quick view panel

In Sale Order in all buckets on the Quick view panel:

• user is able to edit/copy the Description and Notes; 
• Description field:
  • was added pencil icon;
  • after clicking on the pencil -> the Note pop-up is opened.
