Logs for the inventory Adjustment

If Inventory Adjustment has been created -> the Source and log is added:

  • if Inv Adj was created from SO:
    • Source: is displayed SO number (clickable);
    • from Current Availability form:
      • the log is added in the next format:
        • Date & time;
        • Text: Adj created for SO -XXXX from Current Availability;
        • User: [User name who made adj];
    • from SO list – > Reserve Inventory Panel:
      • the log is added in the next format:
        • Date & time;
        • Text: Adj created for SO- XXX from Reserve Inventory;
        • User: [User name who made adj];
  • if Inv Adj was created from Pick edit form -> Reserve Inventory Panel:
    • Source: is displayed Pick number (clickable);
    • the log is added in the next format:
      • Date & time;
      • Text: Adj created for PC-XXX from “Reserve Inventory” panel on edit form;
      • User: [User name who made adj];
  • if Inv Adj was created from Inventory Count edit form: 
    • Source: is displayed Inventory Count number (clickable);
    • the log is added in the next format:
      • Date & time;
      • Text: Adj created from IC-XXX;
      • User: [User name who made adj];
  • if Inv Adj was created from Item List/Item edit: 
    • Source: is displayed label “Item list”;
    • the log is added in the next format:
      • Date & time;
      • Text: Adj created from Item;
      • User: [User name who made adj];
  • if Inv Adj was created from Shipping for eCommerce list or shipping schedule:
    • Source: is displayed SHO number (clickable);
    • from Ship Order for e-commerce list -> Reserve Inventory Panel:
      • the log is added in the next format:
        • Date & time;
        • Text: Adj created for SHO-XXX from “Reserve Inventory” panel on Ship Order for e-commerce list;
        • User: [User name who made adj];
    • from Ship Order for Shipping Scheduled list -> Reserve Inventory Panel:
      • the log is added in the next format:
        • Date & time;
        • Text: Adj created for SHO-XXX from “Reserve Inventory” panel on Shipping Scheduled list;
        • User: [User name who made adj];
  • If Inv Adj was created from Production Scheduled:
    • Source: is displayed Assembly order number;
    • the log is added in the next format:
      • Date & time;
      • Text: Adj created for AO-XXX from “Reserve Inventory” panel on Production Scheduled list;
      • User: [User name who made adj];
  • If Inv Adj was created after syncing from QB:
    • Source: is displayed label “QB stock”;
    • the log is added in the next format:
      • Date & time;
      • Text: Adj created for item qty which synced from QB;
  • If Inv Adj was created after adding UOM to the Item:
    • Source: is displayed label “Add UOM”;
    • the log is added in the next format:
      • Date & time;
      • Text: Adj created for item qty based on added UOM;
      • User: [User name who made adj];
  • If Inv Adj was created after mapping the item with UOM:
    • Source: is displayed label: “Mapped Item”;
    • the log is added in the next format:
      • Date & time;
      • Text: Adj created for item qty based on UOM from Listing;
      • User: [User name who made adj];
  • If Inv Adj was created from TO list form → Reserve Inventory panel:

    • Source: is displayed label “TO-XXXXX”;
    • the log is added in the next format:
      • Date & time;
      • Text: Adj created for TO-XXXXX;
      • User: [User name who made adj].
