Logs on item

Item edit form:

  • Log icon:
    • was added to the left bottom corner like for the customer;
    • after clicking on the icon -> the “Logs” panel is opened;
  • Logs are added in the format:
    • Date & Time;
    • Text;
    • Changes were made from [Place]:
      • The place from where has been added log:
        • Desktop:
          • if changes were made on item edit;
        • Desktop in Bulk Edit Item:
          • Desktop in Upload short item;
        • Desktop in Upload items;
        • QB;
    • User who add a rule;
  • Next text logs can be added:
    • Item was created;
    • Item was synced to QB;
    • Item Name changed from [N] to [M];
    • Primary description was added: [N];
    • Primary description was changed from [N] to [M];
    • Primary description was cleared;
    • Secondary description was added: [N];
    • Secondary description was changed from [N] to [M];
    • Secondary description was cleared;
    • Income Account was changed from [N] to [M];
    • Expense Account was changed from [N] to [M];
    • Asset Account was changed from [N] to [M];
    • Safety stock was changed from [N] to [M];
    • Safety stock was cleared;
