Reports Updates

Sale order list:

• Filter Panel:
  • The “Show Cogs & Net” checkbox was removed.

Sales by Customer summary report:

• Filter panel:
  • The “Show Cost” checkbox was added:
    • displays if permission is switched on;
    • isn’t checked by default;
    • if the checkbox is checked new columns were added to the datagrid:
      • COGS;
      • Net Total;
      • Net %;
• Datagrid:
  • The “Qty Sold” column was added:
    • displayed the sum (item qty) which Customer has bought in specific period;
    • is clickable;
      • after clicking on the value:
        • the “Sales by item Summary” report with prefilled in filter panel Date / Customer is opened;
  • “Sales” value was made clickable:
    • after clicking on the value:
      •  the “Sales by Customer detail” report is opened;
      • with prefilled in filter panel Date/Customer/Store/Rep;
  • New Columns were added:
    • COGS;
    • Landed Cost:
      • is calculated based on landed cost linked to BIll/IR;
    • Net Total;
    • Net %;
• Totals:
  • were added to the bottom of the Datagrid:
    • Qty Sold;
    • COGS;
    • Landed Cost;
    • Net Total;
    • Net %.

Sales by item Summary report:

• Filter panel:
  • the “Customer” drop-down was added:
    • if the customer is selected -> Datagrid is filtered by the selected customer;
  • the “Customer type” drop-down was added:
    • contains the list of customer types;
  • the “Stores” drop-down was added:
    • contains the list of Stores;
  • the “Sales Representative” drop-down was added:
    • contains the list of sales rep;
  • the “Show Cost” checkbox was added:
    • displays if the permission is switched on;
    • by default;
    • if the checkbox is checked -> new columns are added to the datagrid:
      • COGS;
      • Avg Cogs;
      • Gross Margin was renamed to “Net Total”;
      • Gross Margin %  was renamed to “Net %”;
• Datagrid:
  • Columns are added or hidden according to the filter checkbox:
    • COGS;
    • Avg Cogs;
    • Gross Margin was renamed to “Net Total”;
    • Gross Margin %  was renamed to “Net %”;
• Totals:
  • were added to the bottom of the datagrid:
    • Total COGS = Total Sales – Total Gross Margin;
    • Gross Margin was rename to “Net Total”;
    • add Gross Margin %  was rename to “Net %”.

• Filter panel:

  • Double-clicking on the row:
    • the “Sales by Item Summary” report is opened and filter by specific:
      • Class /Department/Brand/Category;
    • New Columns were added:
      • COGS;
      • Landed Cost:
        • is calculated based on landed cost linked to BIll/IR;
      • Net Total;
      • Net %;
• Totals:
  • were added to the bottom of the datagrid:
    • Qty Sold;
    • Total Sales;
    • COGS;

OMS Web -> Settings -> Permission:

• was added a new permission to the Reports tab -> Reports List:
  • Can view Cost filter in Reports:
    • if for the user the checkbox is unchecked:
      • The “Cost” checkbox is hidden from the Report filter panel.
