“Inventory Details” / “Purchase order items” Reports

Reports List from the Menu:

• were added the next Reports to the List:
  • Inventory Details;
  • Purchase order items;
• after clicking on the reports -> corresponding forms of Reports are opened.

Report “Inventory Details”:

• the new report was added;
• Rules:
  • items are grouped by warehouse, Transfer #, Status;
  • in the end of each item is displayed channel info;
• Filters:
  • Item;
  • Transfer #;
  • Status drop-down:
    • contains: allocated, available;
  • Transfer Status;
  • Origin Warehouse;
  • Destination Warehouse;
  • “Display Allocated SO” checkbox:
    • isn’t checked by default;
    • if the checkbox is checked -> in the Datagrid are displayed items from the allocated SO;
  • “Search” button:
    • is always clickable;
    • after clicking on the button -> the Datagrid is filtered based on the selected filters;
• Datagrid:
  • Item Info:
    • checkbox;
    • Item -> Item name;
    • Qty -> displays item qty in such status and warehouse;
    • Listing Qty -> displays listing qty;
    • Status -> displays qty status:
      • Allocated;
      • Available;
    • Store -> displays the name of the Store;
    • Origin Store:
      • if was made transfer -> displays store From;
    • Destination Store:
      • if was made transfer -> displays store To;
    • Transfer ID:
      • displays Transfer number;
    • Transfer Status;
    • Channel;
• “Export to Excel” button:
  • after clicking on the button the excel is downloaded with data from datagrid;
  • if some lines are checked -> are downloaded only checked lines;
  • if no one line is checked -> are downloaded all lines from datagrid;
• was added column selector.

Report “Purchase order items”:

• the new report was added;
• Rules:
  • are displayed Items from the Purchase Orders;
• Filters:
  • Expected Date;
  • Item;
  • Purchase Order #;
  • Destination Warehouse;
  • “Search” button:
    • is always clickable;
    • after clicking on the button -> the Datagrid is filtered based on the selected filters;
• Datagrid:
  • checkbox;
  • PO #;
  • Item name;
  • Item Qty;
  • Expected Date;
  • Destination -> displays store from PO;
• “Export to Excel” button:
  • after clicking on the button the excel is downloaded with data from datagrid;
  • if some lines are checked -> are downloaded only checked lines;
  • if no one line is checked -> are downloaded all lines from datagrid;
• was added column selector.

OMS Web -> Settings -> Permission:

• were added new permissions to Reports tab -> Reports List:
  • Can View Inventory Details Report:
    • if for user the checkbox is unchecked:
      • “Inventory Detail” Report is hidden from the Report Menu List form;
  • Can View Purchase Order Items Report:
    • if for user the checkbox is unchecked:
      • “Purchase Order Items” Report is hidden from the Report Menu List form.
