The same numbers for IRC and Bill

Item Receipt edit form:

• if Item Receipt/Bill was created from the Purchase Order in relation 1 to 1:
  
  • the Item Receipt/Bill have with the same number as Purchase Order;
• If Item Receipt/Bill was created as bulk from the many Purchase Orders:
  • the Item Receipt/Bill have the next consecutive number, depending on the last created Item Receipt/bill in the system;
  • for Example:
    • the last created Item Receipt is IRC-0013548;
    • the user creates a bulk Item Receipt;
    • Item Receipt number is IRC-0013549;
    • linked Bill number is also B-0013549.
