“Exclude Proforma / In review Invoices” checkbox on the Customer List

Customer List form -> filter panel:

• “Include Proforma / In review Invoices” checkbox:
  • was added next to the “QB Balance” checkbox;
  • isn’t checked by default;
  • if the checkbox is checked:
    • in the “Balance Total” column are calculated Invoices in “Proforma” / “In Review” statuses.
