“UOM” column on the Shipping Schedule for E-commerce List form

Shipping Schedule for E-commerce List form:

• “UOM” column:
  • was added to the Datagrid next to the “Qty” column;
  • in the column is displayed UOM from Item in Ship Order;
  • the column was added to the column selector.
