The ability to copy Description on the Quick view panel

In Sale Order in all buckets on Quick view panel and edit form:

• user is able to edit/copy Description and Notes; 
  • Description field:
    • was added pencil icon;
    • after clicking on the pencil -> the Note pop-up is opened;
    • also, this ability was added for Purchase Order -> for Orders edit forms in all statuses.
