“Save Credit Card by default on POS” checkbox

Company Settings -> Order Settings:

• “Save Credit Card by default on POS” checkbox:
  • was added to the “POS Settings” block ;
  • isn’t checked by default;
  • if the checkbox is checked -> on the POS / SO edit form:
    • on the “Charge Payment” pop-up “Save Credit card” checkbox is checked by default.
