“Resync” button on the Customer Credit

Customer Credit List form:

• “Resync” button:
  • was added next to the “Add new” button -> on the “Approved” tab;
  • if at least one Order is checked -> the button is clickable; 
  • after clicking on the button:
    • selected Orders are resynced in the background;
    • for selected Orders is changed “Last Edited” Date.
