“Can only be used at” to is empty by default checkbox

Company Settings -> Order Settings tab:

• “Can only be used at to” is empty by default checkbox:
  • was added to the Company settings -> Order Settings -> “Sales Order” bucket -> Sale Order Settings block;
  • isn’t checked by default;
  • if the checkbox is checked:
    • On the Point of Sale -> Gift Card form:
      • “Can only be used at to” dropdown is empty by default.
