Purchase Order List form:
- “Source Type” dropdown:
- was added to “Purchase Order Requests” tab;
- was added next to the “Source” textbox;
- contains the list of Source types;
- if the type is checked in the dropdown -> the Datagrid is filtered by the “Type” column.
