Customer Credir amount is prefilled on the “Refund Form” -> in the “Amount” field.
To check this, the user needs to do next steps:
- Open Credits list form -> Create New Customer Credit;
- On the Credit edit form select Customer, add Item -> Click “Save&Approve” button;
- On the opening panel -> Click “Skip” button;
- On the “OMS” message -> Click “YES” button;
- Open “Refund” form and observe the “Amount” field.
