Some tweaks and fixes have been applied to images displaying for the Items

- If item is a subitem then the gap shouldn’t be appeared as before as after on the Item list form after adding the thumbnail image

- Item thumbnail image should be displayed for the Group Item header on SHO /Invoice/Customer Credit
- On SO pdf form for the Group sub-items image should be displayed
