“Exclude in Review” checkbox on the Reports

Report list form:

• “Exclude In Review” checkbox:
  • isn’t checked by default;
  • if the checkbox is checked -> in the Datagrid aren’t displayed “In Review” Orders;
  • it works the same for next Report List forms:
    • Sales by customer summary;
    • Sales by customer detail;
    • Sales by item summary;
    • Sales by item detail;
    • Sales by item class;
    • Sales by brand;
    • Sales by category;
    • Sales by department;
    • Sales by rep summary;
    • Sales by rep detail.
