Applied Landed Cost icon on the “Add Items” panels

Landed Cost List form -> Add Items panels:

• If for Order types in the list previously was added Landed Cost -> In the Item column:
  • the icon is displayed; 
  • after hover on the icon -> the tooltip is displayed with the text:
    • Applied landed cost:[Landed Cost value];
  • it works for next types:
    • PO items;
    • Bill Items;
    • SLT Bill Items;
    • SHO Items.
