Default required fields on Report List forms

Report List form:

was added new control to the filter panel -> Order Date:
- control contains two parts:
  - calendar with From/To pickers;
  - date ranges;
- the List of date ranges contains:
  - Today;
  - This Week;
  - This Month;
  - This Quarter;
  - This Year;
  - Last week;
  - Last Month;
  - Last Quarter;
  - Last Year;
- was added for next report list forms:
  - Report Sales by Customer Summary;
  - Report Sales by Customer Detail;
  - Report Sales by Item Summary;
  - Report Sales by Item Detail;
  - Report Sales by Rep Summary;
  - Report Sales by Rep Detail;
- if the date range was selected -> the user clicked on the Apply button:
  - only data of the selected date range is displayed;
  - the datagrid is filtered.
