OMS Web -> Settings -> Permissions tab:
- was added new Permission:
- “Can set rate lower than price levels”:
- was added to the Customer tab -> Sale Order bucket;
- if the permission is checked:
- On the Order edit form the user can set Rate for item lower than price levels;
- It works the same on the Desktop and on the App.
