Email Template changes for Ship Orders

Dictionary -> Dynamic List -> Order Email Templates:

• For Ship Orders were added the next fields:
  • “Customer Type” dropdown;
  •  Text shortcuts:
    • SCAC Code Name;
    • SCAC Code Description;
• if these fields were added to the default Template:
  • these fields are also added to the Ship Order Email Template.
