“Hold Name” textbox for the Sale Orders

Company Settings:

• Order Settings -> Sales Order bucket:
  • “Hold Name” textbox:
    • was added to the “Sales Order Settings” block;
    • was added next to the “Maximum discount for items” textbox; 
    • in the textbox is enabled only letters;
    • max length can’t be more than 10 characters;
    • if the textbox contains the name:
      • on the Sale Orders edit form:
        • on the checkbox panel is added checkbox with the same name as in the textbox;
        • is added next to “Estimate” checkbox
        • by default isn’t checked;
        • if the checkbox is checked:
          • on the Shipping Schedule list for hold Orders -> are disabled the next buttons:
            1. Print Documents;
            2. Ship.
