OMS Desktop Updates

Transfer Order edit form:

  • If for Transfer Order was created Ship Order:
    • was added the ability to pick Ship Orders with linked TO -> With Reserve Inventory panel from Pick Order:
      • the Items are displayed with Check Stock status from Transfer Orders;
      • the logic is the same as for Sale Orders.

Inventory Adjustment:

  • In the Datagrid is given the ability to add more than 30 line items;
  • Assembly Items tab:
    • was added “Inventory Adjustment” button to the “Create New PO” multi-button;
    • the logic is the same as for Inventory tab;
    • after clicking on the button -> the Inventory Adjustment form is opened.

Item edit form -> General tab:

  • E-Commerce Stock Settings block:
    • was added next to the “Posted to Channel” settings the next checkbox:
      • “If went below Safety Stock”:
        • isn’t checked by default;
        • next to the checkbox is displayed textbox;
        • if the checkbox is checked -> the textbox is editable;
        • the Textbox:
          • if checkbox is checked -> the textbox is required;
          • the min value is 0;
          • if the checkbox is checked and in the textbox is filled Qty:
            • if Safety stock is filled on store which is linked to Channel:
              • once Stock is less than in “Safety Stock” in Channel -> qty in textbox is sent to the channel as available qty;
            • if “Safety Stock” is not filled in store -> is used “Safety Stock” for item:
              • once Stock is less than in “Safety Stock” -> qty in textbox is sent to the channel as available qty.

Physical Inventory Count edit form -> Add Items panel:

  • “Class” multiselect dropdown:
    • was added next to “Only in Stock” checkbox;
    • contains the Class List from the Dictionary
    • each of variation from the List is displayed with the checkbox.

Company Settings -> Order Settings tab:

  • Sales Order bucket:
    • “Assembly Items to be Check Stock if no stock” checkbox:
      • was added to the Sale Order Settings block;
      • was added next to the “Support Backorder” checkbox;
      • isn’t checked by default;
      • if the checkbox is checked:
        • On the Sale Order edit form -> If the user added no in stock assembly item -> this item is in Check Stock status by default;
  • Pick Order bucket:
    • “Sort by Class, Department and Category on PDF” checkbox:
      • was added to the PDF Settings block;
      • was added next to the “Display Item Manufacturing SKU# on Pick Order PDF” checkbox;
      • isn’t checked by default;
      • if the checkbox is checked:
        • On the Pick order PDF items are sorted in the next hierarchy:
          • Class -> Department -> Category;
  • Ship Order bucket:
    • “Display Item Barcode on the Packing Slip PDF” checkbox:
      • was added to the Ship Order PDF Settings block;
      • was added next to the “Print Two Ship Orders” checkbox;
      • isn’t checked by default;
      • if the checkbox is checked:
        • Item Barcode is displayed on the Packing Slip PDF in the Item Name column;
  • Invoice bucket:
    • “Display Item Barcode on the Packing Slip PDF” checkbox:
      • was added to the Ship Order PDF Settings block;
      • was added next to the “Show Qty Column after Item Name” checkbox;
      • isn’t checked by default;
      • if the checkbox is checked:
        • Item Barcode is displayed on the Invoice PDF In the Item Name column.
