The user who charged Credit Card on the “Credit Card” pop-up

If the user added Payment by Credit Card and it was charged:

• After Save -> on the Credit Card pop-up is displayed the User Name.  

If the Credit Card was charged sucessfully -> at the bottom of the screen is displayed the notification message.
