“Show item discounts under order discount in PDF” checkbox

Company Settings -> Printing tab:

• “Show item discounts under order discount in PDF” checkbox:
  • was added to the “Discount Print Settings” block;
  • was added next to the “Show Discount Amount on PDF” checkbox;
  • isn’t checked by default;
  • if the checkbox is checked:
    • On the Sale Order/Invoice/Customer Credit  PDF:
      • Item Discount is displayed next to the “Tax” Amount:
        • Item Discount = sum (discount amount from line items);
      • In the Datagrid -> “Discount” column is hidden;
      • Amount in the “Amount” column is displayed without discount.
