“Can enter Extra Discount” permission for the “Sale Order” block

OMS Web -> Settings -> Permission:

• “Can enter Extra Discount” checkbox:
  • was added new permissions to Customer -> Sale Order block:
  • was added next to “Can return more than receipt” checkbox;
  • if the permission is checked:
    • the user can add Discount more than in Maximum Discount Percent.
