“Rate per each” value on the Customer Credit

Customer Credit edit form -> Sales History panel:

• “Item Rate Per Each” column:
  • was added to the datagrid;
  • was added next to the “Item Rate” column;
  • in the column is displayed Item Rate / Item Qty value;
  • the value isn’t clickable or editable;
• “Rate Per Each” value:
  • was added next to the Rate value on the item info panel;
  • the value is equal to “Item Rate Per Each” from the column.
