Sales History improvements on Customer Credit

Customer Credit edit form:

• Sales History panel:
  • In the Datagrid is displayed Customer Credit too; 
  • Item Name is bold;
  • Customer Credit form is displayed as slider -> while Sales History panel is opened:
    • the next columns are displayed:
      • Item Line;
      • Item Name;
      • Item Description;
      • Return Qty;
      • Num. of Cases;
      • Price;
      • Amount;
  • Total Sales/Total Return:
    • At the bottom of the panel and at the bottom of each item -> the Total Return and Total Sales are displyed:
      • Total Sales = sum of Qty from Invoices;
      • Total Return = sum of Qty from Customer Credit;
  • “Item Name” dropdown:
    • contains list of items in the system;
    • was added Item Name search;
    • after the user selected item from the search -> only selected item is displayed on the panel and in the Datagrid.
