“Display on PO Pdf Customer Name From Linked SO” checkbox on the PO edit form

Purchase Order edit form:

• “Display on PO Pdf Customer Name From Linked SO” checkbox:
  • was added to the checkbox panel at the bottom;
  • is displayed at the all Orders statuses;
  • is editable at the Orders in the next statuses:
    • Draft;
    • Awaiting Acknowledg.;
    • Not Received;
    • Partial Received;
  • is unchecked by default;
  • if the checkbox is checked and Purchase has linked Sale Order:
    • On the Purchase Order PDF:
      • the Customer Name is displayed as Order Note;
      • it’s displayed before Datagrid;
      • If Purchase Order has more than 1 linked Sale Order -> the Customer Name from each of the Sales Orders are displayed comma separated.
