“Don’t process PO automatically” checkbox on the comparison screen

Sale Order edit form -> Compare price panel:

• “Don’t process PO automatically” checkbox:
  • was added at the top of the panel;
  • is unchecked by default;
  • if the checkbox is checked and the user selected Create PO Action and Clicked on Send button:
    • Send Email form is opened;
    • Purchase Orders are created in Draft and are opened automatically in separated forms.
