Customer edit form -> Additional Info tab:
- “Do not display on shipping schedule” checkbox:
- was added to the “Other Settings” block;
- was added next to the “Customer Type” dropdown;
- is unchecked by default;
- if the checkbox is checked:
- on the Shipping Schedule -> Orders for the corresponding Customer aren’t displayed;
- the same logic was added for the Channel Customers.
