Ship / Pick Orders updates

Ship Order edit form:

• “Buyer Name” textbox:
  • was added on the Info tab;
  • was added next to the “Amount to collect” textbox;
  • isn’t required.

Pick Order edit/ list forms:

• “Scan and print label” button -> “Scan and print items” form:
  • “Tracking Number” column:
    • was added next to the “Qty” column;
    • in the column can be displayed Ship Order Tracking Number or column can be empty.
