Item List form:
- “Item Overview” multi-button:
- “Upload File” button -> was renamed to “Upload Short items”;
- “Upload QB File” button -> was renamed to “Upload items”;
- “Upload Items” button -> after clicking, the OMS Message with the Columns List for download is opened, once list has been browsed on the panel were added next changes :
- was added the “SKU #” column -> next to the “UPC” column;
- “SKU” column contains SKU number -> As on item List;
- “UPC” column contains barcode;
- “Item Number” column was renamed to “Item Name”;
- Department / Category / Brand:
- if the spaces are presented in the Excel for these columns -> spaces are deleted;
- If the Department / Category / Brand are non-existent in the OMS but displayed in the Excel -> after adding item in the OMS, these Department / Category / Brand are created automatically and linked to the corresponding item from Excel;
- “Vendor Name” column:
- if the spaces are presented in the Excel for this column -> Vendor Name is linked without spaces on the OMS List form;
- “Manufacturer Description” column was renamed to “Manufacturer SKU”;
- If in the File is displayed not empty value -> after uploading, this item is created in the OMS as taxable item(with Selected Tax variation in the Tax Code dropdown);
- “Item Class” column -> was added to the Column List for Download(next to the new Description column) and to the Excel file;
- Regular Price -> is downloaded as “Fixed” Base Price;
- “Qty” column -> if in the file is displayed Item Qty 0 or empty in the column -> the inventory adjustment is made as 0.
