“Hide on Item Receipt” checkbox for the Service items edit forms

Item edit form -> Service Item:

• Additional Settings tab:
  • “Hide on Item Receipt” checkbox:
    • was added next to “Don’t show on Comparison Screen”;
    • is unchecked by default;
    • if the checkbox is checked:
      • On the Item receipt this item isn’t shown -> but is auto received;
      • Once Item Receipt has been received and Bill has been created -> such item is displayed on the Bill.
