“Hide Amount Balance on Receipt” checkbox

Company Settings -> Printing tab:

• Sale Order Settings block:
  • “Hide Amount Balance on Receipt” checkbox:
    • was added next to the “Show printing dialog after SO Save & Process” checkbox;
    • is unchecked by default;
    • if the checkbox is checked:
      • On the Point of Sale -> On the Sales Order Receipt, Prev/New Account Balances are hidden.
