POS Notes -> Notes are copied to SHO and the “Internal” radio button is selected automatically.
To check this, the user needs to do the next steps:
- Create Point of Sale -> Select Item -> Add Order Note -> “Internal” Note radio button is selected by default;
- Click on the “Save” button;
- Find related Ship Order -> Observe Notes.
