Shipment Load tracking PDF Settings block

Company Settings -> Order Settings -> Shipment Load Tracking tab:

• was added “Shipment Load Tracking PDF Settings” block:
  • settings block contains:
    • “Hide Vendors from Shipment Load Tracking PDF” checkbox:
      • is unchecked by default;
      • if the checkbox is checked:
        • On the Shipment Load Tracking PDF, “Vendor” column is hidden in the Datagrid;
    • “Hide Total from Shipment Load Tracking PDF” checkbox:
      • is unchecked by default;
      • if the checkbox is checked:
        • On the Shipment Load Tracking PDF, the “Total” column is hidden in the Datagrid.
