“Exclude Channels” checkbox on the Invoices List form

Invoices List form:

• “Exclude Channels” checkbox:
  • was added to the filter panel;
  • was added to all tabs, except Consignments;
  • was added next to the “Show COGS & Net” checkbox;
  • is unchecked by default;
  • if the checkbox is checked -> after clicking on the “Search” button:
    • In the Datagrid are displayed Orders with no channel items.
