If for Sales Order were create different Pick Orders -> Split Sale Order is used automatically for both Pick Orders.
To check this, the user needs to do the next steps:
- Create new Sale Order -> Add 2 Items(Case and Loose) with different Qty in statuses Not Reserved -> Save & Process;
- Open Shipping Schedule and find created Ship Order for Sale Order;
- Checked Order -> Click on the “Send to Pick” button -> Check “Create Pick Order for each SHO based on Case & Loose settings” checkbox;
- Open Loose Pick Order -> Decrease Pick Qty -> Click on the ” Pick” button;
- Reserve Inventory panel is opened -> for Item in the “Remaining Qty Action” column select “Create New SO & Un-Reserve” Action -> Click on the “Save & Process” button;
- Close Pick List -> Shipping Schedule -> Reopen Ship Order -> Item changed status to “Ready to Ship”
- Open Sale Order -> Observe Logs -> “SO was split to SO-XXXX” log is displayed;
- Ship Orders tab -> 2 Ship Orders are displayed:
- Partially Ready to Ship;
- Not Ready to Ship;
- Close Sale Order -> Open Shipping Schedule -> find the previous Sale Order and “Send to Pick”;
- Click on the “Send to Pick” button -> Check “Create Pick Order for each SHO based on Case & Loose settings” checkbox;
- Open Pick Order -> Decrease Pick Qty -> Click on the ” Pick” button;
- Reserve Inventory panel is opened -> for Item in the “Remaining Qty Action” column select “Create New SO & Un-Reserve” Action -> Split So number is automatically filled in the SO # column;
- Click on the “Save & Process” button;
- Refresh Sale Order -> both items are Deady to Ship -> Observe Logs -> “Qty was splitter to SO-XXXX” log is displayed;
- Open Child Sale Order with Not Reserved items:
- Loose item qty = 5;
- Case Item Qty = 80;
- Open Parent Sale Order with Ready to Ship items:
- Loose item qty = 15;
- Case Item Qty = 20.
