“Company Size” filter on the Sales Order List form

Company Settings -> Order Settings tab:

• The “Company Size” setting was moved to the Additional Settings tab.

Sale Order List form -> Extended Mode:

• Company Size filter was added to the filter panel;
• “With no Company Size” checkbox:
  • was added next to the “Company Size” filter;
  • is unchecked by default;
  • if the checkbox is checked -> after clicking on the “Search” button:
    • In the Datagrid are displayed Orders with Customer for which is empty Company Size Setting on the edit form.
