Shipping Schedule List form optimization

Shipping Schedule List form:

1. Filters panel:
   • on the panel are displayed filters in the next order:
     • Due Date; 
     • Shipping Zones -> the dropdown for Zone isn’t displayed;
     • Order #;
     • Ship Order #;
     • Order Date;
     • Customer; 
     • Customer PO; 
     • Order Status; 
     • Picked Status;
     • Store;
     • Attention;
     • Charge;
     • View All checkbox;
   • Extended view button:
     • is added at the top of the panel; 
     • is always clickable;
     • after clicking on the button -> filters are displayed on the panel like now:
       • Due Date;
       • Shipping Zones; 
       • Order #; 
       • Ship Order #;
       • Order Date;
       • Customer; 
       • Customer PO; 
       • Order Status;
       • Picked Status;
       • Store;
       • Attention;
       • Charge CC;
       • View All checkbox;
       • Reference #;

       • Pickup Date;
       • Payment Term;
       • Truck Type;
       • “Only No Truck Types” checkbox;
       • Brand;

       • “Has Parent Sales Order” checkbox;
       • “Has no Parent” checkbox;

     • If the extended filters list is displayed -> after clicking on the button -> all not advanced filters are hidden;
   • Search button:
     • was added to the bottom of the panel;
     • is always displayed -> not depend on a scroll;
     • if at least one filter is not empty -> Orders are filtered depending on the filter;

   • columns in the next order are displayed(The same column order is used in the column selector):
     • Line checkboxes;
