“Show Location on Item Receipt” checkbox

Company Settings:

• Order Settings -> Item Receipt tab:
  • “Show Location on Item Receipt” checkbox:
    • was added to Item Receipt PDF Settings block;
    • was added next to the “Print Two Item Receipts” checkbox;
    • is unchecked by default;
    • if the checkbox is checked:
      • The “Location” column is displayed on the Item receipt PDF.
