If the Customer wasn’t selected in Sale Order, Price Info panel Sales Price History is displayed empty.
To check this, the user needs to do the next steps:
- Create new Sale Order;
- Add some items, and don’t select Customer;
- Open Price Info panel -> Observe the datagrid.
