Landed Cost form:
- “Add and Continue” button:
- add to “Add landed cost” multi-button;
- if the user applied Bill to Landed Cost -> the button is clickable;
- if the user made changes on the Bill -> after clicking on the button:
- landed cost is added to Orders;
- all items aren’t dropped from the Order Items list;
- changes are linked to Orders;
- the Landed Cost form isn’t closed.
