“Select all” for Channels on the Shipping Schedule for e-commerce

Shipping Schedule for e-commerce:

• “All” filter:
  • was added at the top of the Channels list dropdown filter;
  • is always clickable;
  • after clicking on the link:
    • all Channels on the List are checked automatically;
    • Orders are filtered by Channels.
