“Charge CC” checkbox for Sale Order and filters on Shipping Schedule and Invoice list forms

Sale Order edit form -> Info tab:

• “Charge CC” checkbox:
  • was added to the checkboxes panel at the bottom; 
  • is unchecked by default;
  • if the customer has checked the “Charge CC” checkbox on the Customer edit form -> on the Sale Order this checkbox is checked automatically and it can be editable.

Shipping Schedule list form:

• “Charge CC” checkbox:
  • if checkbox checked:
    •  Sale Orders with checked Charge CC checkbox on the Order edit form are displayed.

Invoice list form:

• “Charge CC” checkbox:
  • was added to the filter panel at the bottom; 
  • was added for the Proforma / All / In Review /Open Invoices / Closed tabs;
  • is unchecked by default;
  • if checkbox checked:
    • Invoices with the checked Charge CC checkbox on the linked Sale Order edit form are displayed.
